Some questions of Public service of geodesy, cartography and inventory

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Liquidate Public service of geodesy, cartography and inventory.

2. Form the commission on liquidation of Public service of geodesy, cartography and the inventory.

Approve as the chairman of said commission of the First Deputy Chairman of the State agency of land resources Kadomsky Artem Markovic.

To the commission chairman:

approve its members;

provide implementation of the actions connected with liquidation of Public service of geodesy, cartography and inventory;

inform in six-months time the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on results of the carried-out work.

3. According to part eight of Article 23 of the Budget code of Ukraine to perform within the total amount of the budget settings provided to the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food for 2012, expense reallocation of special fund of the government budget in the way:

reduction of amount of expenses of consumption according to the program 2801010 "The common directorship and management in the field of agro-industrial complex" on the amount of 900 thousand hryvnias (from them on payment of utilities and energy carriers - 165, 2 thousand hryvnias);

increases in amount of expenses of consumption according to the program 2803010 "Management and management in the field of land resources" on the amount of 900 thousand hryvnias (from them on payment of utilities and energy carriers - 165, 2 thousand hryvnias).

4. Make changes which are applied to acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

5. To the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food:

provide expense reallocation approval, the stipulated in Item 3 presents of the resolution, of Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning the budget;

submit in a month to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine proposals concerning reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this resolution.
