1. Bring in the Procedure for passing of training in office of notary public or at the private notary and training of the trainee for notarial activities, No. 1094/5, approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of June 27, 2008 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 27, 2008 for No. 572/15263, such changes:

1.1. In Item 5 the second offer to exclude.

1.2. Item in paragraph one 9, the paragraph the second Item 10 and in Item 11 of the word "secretary of the qualification commission" in all cases shall be replaced with words "the authorized officer of justice department" in all cases.

2. To department of notariate, bankruptcy and functioning of the central zaveritelny body (Chizhmar K. I.).

2.1. Provide submission of this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies" (with changes).

2.2. Bring this order to the attention of chiefs of head departments of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol.

3. To provide to chiefs of head departments of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol proper accomplishment of this order.
