About the organization and conducting special checks
The State Tax Service of Ukraine in addition to the letter No. 7260/7/17-2217 informs of 28.11.2011 "On taking measures" that since January 28 of the current year the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 25.01.2012 No. 33/2012 "About the Procedure for the organization of conducting special verification of information about the persons applying for holding the posts, connected with accomplishment of functions of the state or local self-government" became effective (further - the Procedure). At the same time with entry into force of regulations of this Decree the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 19.11.2001 No. 1098 "About obligatory special verification of data which are submitted by candidates for holding the posts of government employees" and some other presidential decrees of Ukraine which concerned conducting obligatory special verification of data which are submitted by candidates for holding the posts of government employees voided.
According to Procedure Item 7 the State Tax Administration of Ukraine special inspection is carried out concerning reliability of the data specified in the declaration on property, the income, expenses and obligations of financial nature for last year.
For today the National agency of Ukraine concerning public service together with other central executive bodies drafts the order which provides approval of the Procedure for conducting special verification of information about the persons applying for holding the posts, connected with accomplishment of functions of the state or local self-government.
