I ORDER:

I. Approve the following regulations regulating credit policy of the State fund of support of small and medium business under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1. Regulations on provision of short-term loans of the State fund of support of small and medium business under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. Regulations on microcredit of the State fund of support of small and medium business under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

II. Enact this provision after the corresponding their registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic.

III. Recognize invalid the following Orders: No. 48 of April 9, 1999, No. 80 of July 8, 1999, No. 81 of July 10, 1999.

IV. To confer responsibility for execution of this Order on the Head of legal department Voronov V. S.

V. This Order becomes effective since June 14, 2000.
