About modification of some presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus and recognition voided separate provisions of some presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of observance of obligations of state members of the Customs union, and also reduction of the national legal system in compliance with new edition of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union I decide:

1. Make changes to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the list of medicines, medical equipment, devices, the equipment, products of medical appointment which turnovers on realization in the territory of the Republic of Belarus are exempted from taxation on value added, No. 118 approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 6, 2005 "About approval of the inventory of medical appointment, turnovers on which realization in the territory of the Republic of Belarus are exempted from taxation on value added" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 40, 1/6301; 2008, No. 6, 1/9291; 2010, No. 58, 1/11469):

1.1.1. in the name of the column "Commodity Code according to the Single Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity of Custom Union" and the interlinear note to the list of the word "according to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of custom union" shall be replaced with words "the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union";
