Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Exclude from structure of the Belarusian state concern on production and sales of goods of light industry republican unitary production enterprise "Krichevsky Plant of Rubber Products of Name of the 50 Anniversary of BSSR" and to include it in structure of the Belarusian state concern on oil and chemistry.

2. Item 14 of the Section "State Legal Entities" of appendix to the Charter of the Belarusian state concern on the production and sales of goods of light industry approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 24, 1994 No. 99 "Questions of the Belarusian state concern on production and sales of goods of light industry" (the joint venture of the Republic of Belarus, 1994, No. 6, Art. 83; The National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 144, 5/31987) to exclude.

3. Add appendix 1 to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 17, 1997 with No. 359 "About creation of the Belarusian state concern on oil and chemistry" (Collection of decrees, presidential decrees and orders of the Government of the Republic of Belarus, 1997, No. 13, Art. 455; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2000, No. 99, 5/4269) paragraph the sixty eighth following content:
