About introduction of amendments and changes in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 30, 2009 No. 561

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 30, 2009 No. 561 "About the National commission of Belarus on radiation protection under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 109, 5/29693) the following amendments and change:
1.1. in Regulations on the National commission of Belarus on radiation protection under the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:
in item 4:
add subitem 4.1 with the paragraph the eighth the following content:
"scientific reasons for requirements for ensuring radiation protection of personnel and the population in case of operation of nuclear power plant;";
add Item with subitem 4.3 of the following content:
"4.3. considers the projects of technical regulatory legal acts directed by republican state bodies in the field of ensuring radiation safety.";
1.2. to be reworded as follows the structure of the National commission of Belarus on radiation protection under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution it (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
