About additional measures for ensuring timely servicing of the foreign credit and borrowed funds raised for projects implementation on improvement of water supply in the Republic of Karakalpakstan and the Khorezm region
For the purpose of timely accomplishment of obligations on loans and the loans attracted by the Republic of Uzbekistan and under its guarantees within the projects directed to improvement of water supply of the population of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and Khorezm region, the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Approve:
complex actions for increase in overall performance of the organizations of water supply in the Republic of Karakalpakstan and the Khorezm region according to the appendix N 1;
the main technical and economic indicators of the "Enhancement of System of Drinking Water Supply in the Republic of Karakalpakstan and the Khorezm Region" project corrected by the feasibility study according to the appendix N 2 (are not given);
distribution of shares on covering of expenses on payment of principal debt and interests on loan of Asian Development Bank (further - ABR), and also to earlier attracted loans and the loans of ABR, the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (further - IBRD), the Kuwaiti fund of the Arab economic development (further - KFAER) and Nateksis bank (France) the organizations of water supply of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and Khorezm region according to the appendix N 3 (is not given).
2. Determine sources of repayment of loans and the credits, and also interest payments by the attracted loans and the loans of ABR, IBRD, KFAER and Nateksis bank (France):
means republican and local budgets, including free remaining balance, overfulfillment of the forecast of the income within year, and also the means released as a result of the taken measures for expense optimization of the budget of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and the local budget of the Khorezm region;
own means of the organizations of water supply.
