According to the subitem 3 of Item 11 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 06, 2011 No. 395, the subitem 17 of Item 10 of the Regulations on the Public penitentiary service of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 06, 2011 No. 394, Presidential decrees of Ukraine of November 18, 1996 No. 1094 "About departmental incentive differences" of February 13, 1997 No. 134 "About Approximate regulations on departmental incentive differences" and for the purpose of stimulation of fair accomplishment by personnel of the service duties connected with realization of state policy in the field of accomplishment of criminal penalties, celebration of professionalism, high achievements in service, long-term and fruitful work of personnel of the Public criminal and executive service of Ukraine I ORDER:

1. Establish such departmental incentive differences of the Public penitentiary service of Ukraine:

breastplate "The honorary employee of the Public criminal and executive service of Ukraine";

the breastplate "For difference in service";

breastplate "Excellent student of service" І and ІІ degrees;

Certificate of honor of the Public penitentiary service of Ukraine.

2. Approve such which are applied:

Regulations on the breastplate "Honorary employee of the Public ugolovnoispolnitelny service of Ukraine;

Regulations on the breastplate "For difference in service";
