About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About carrying out reform of system of state regulation of business activity and enhancement of state policy in the field of regulation of business activity" of March 3, 2011 No. 94"

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About carrying out reform of system of state regulation of business activity and enhancement of state policy in the field of regulation of business activity" of March 3, 2011 No. 94 the following changes and amendment:
- in all text of the resolution and in appendices of the word "Ministry of Economic Regulation" in different cases shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Economy and Antimonopoly Policy" in the corresponding cases;
- in paragraph three of Item of the 11th figure and the word "May 16, 2011" to replace with figures and the words "May 1, 2012";
- in Item of the 12th figure and the word "March 22, 2011" to replace with figures and the words "May 1, 2012";
- in appendix 1 to the above-stated resolution:
in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words the words "first vice-Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic" "the vice-Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic on economy and investments";
in paragraph three of the word "minister of economic regulation of the Kyrgyz Republic" shall be replaced with words "the Minister of Economy and Antimonopoly Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic";
