Being guided by Item 19 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of ensuring application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 13, 2011 "About protection and rational use of genetic inventories of cultural plants" in connection with entry into force of the specified Law I decide No. 273-IVQ:
1. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic within three months:
1.1. prepare and provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic offers on reduction of the laws of the Azerbaijan Republic and acts of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic to compliance with the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 13, 2011 to No. 273-IVQ "About protection and rational use of genetic inventories of cultural plants";
1.2. provide reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic in compliance with the specified Law and inform on it the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;
1.3. keep under control reduction of regulatory legal acts of the central executive bodies in compliance with the specified Law and within five months to report on the President of the Azerbaijan Republic on execution;
1.4. determine rules of forming, preserving and use of national collections of genetic resources of cultural plants, the stipulated in Article 11.2 Laws of the Azerbaijan Republic "About protection and rational use of genetic inventories of cultural plants" and to report on it on the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;
