About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 5, 2007 No. 1376

Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 5, 2007 No. 1376 "About approval of the State target ecological program of carrying out monitoring of the surrounding environment" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 93, the Art. 3403) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 5, 2007 No. 1376

1. In the resolution:

To "Ministry of Economics" shall be replaced with words 1) in Items 2 and 4 of the word to "Ministry of Economic Development and Trade";

2) in the text of the resolution of the word "Ministry of Protection of the Surrounding Environment" in all cases shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources" in the corresponding case.

2. In the State target ecological program of carrying out monitoring of the surrounding environment approved by the specified resolution:

1) in paragraph one of the Section "Amounts and Sources of Financing" of the word "Minzhilkommunkhoza", "Gosvodkhoza" and "Goskomleskhoza" shall be replaced with words Ministry of Regional Development, Gosvodagentstvo and Derzhlisagentstva;

2) in appendices to the Program:

in appendix 1:

in item 4 of the word "Minzhilkommunkhoz, Gosvodkhoz" and "Goskomleskhoz" shall be replaced with words "the Ministry of Regional Development, Gosvodagentstvo" and Derzhlisagentstvo;

state Item 5 in the following edition:

"5. The program manager - the First Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources.";
