About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 1, 2009 No. 982

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 1, 2009 N 982 "About approval of the single list of products, the subject obligatory certification, and the single list of products which confirmation of conformity is performed in the form of adoption of the declaration of conformity" (The Russian Federation Code, 2009, N 50, by Art. 6096; 2010, N 12, Art. 1344; N 31, of Art. 4246; N 43, of Art. 5517; N 47, of the Art. 6129).

2. Determine that the certificates of conformity and declarations of conformity issued (accepted) to day entries into force of this resolution are considered valid before the termination of the term established in them within expiration date or the service life of products established in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. Products and (or) packaging released in the territory of the Russian Federation according to the specified documents mark of conformity are not subject to remarking.

3. This resolution becomes effective after 2 months from the date of its official publication.
