About some questions of National anti-corruption committee

1. Bring in the Regulations on National anti-corruption committee approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of September 1, 2011 No. 890 "Questions of National anti-corruption committee", such changes:

a) in Item 6 of the word "with the Office of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine" to exclude;

b) in paragraph three of Item 7 of the word "Minister of Justice of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "The secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine";

c) in Item 15 of the word "Administration of the President of Ukraine, Public administration by cases" shall be replaced with words "The office of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine";

d) add the Provision with Item 15-1 of such content:

"15-1. Scientific maintenance of activities of Committee, work of the working groups formed by it is performed by National institute of strategic researches".
