About some questions of regulation of employment relationships
For the purpose of creation of additional terms on labor organization of workers and expansion of opportunities of their employment:
1. Determine that:
1.1. workers (except for workers who according to the legislation on work are not allowed to overtime works) from their consent can be involved in overtime works within 180 hours a year. At the same time overtime works for each worker shall not exceed 10 hours in business week, and duration of daily work taking into account overtime works - 12 hours;
1.2. the workers who are on vacation without preserving or with partial preserving the salary provided at the initiative of the employer in cases of need of temporary suspension of works or reduction of their amount can work part-time full time (change).
2. In three-months time to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus entering in accordance with the established procedure into the House of Representatives of National assembly of the Republic of Belarus of the bill of the Republic of Belarus providing reduction of the Labor code of the Republic of Belarus in compliance with this Decree.
3. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.
