About modification and amendments in resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 985 and of January 10, 2009 No. 19
Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in Regulations on the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 985 "Questions of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 141, 5/22781; 2008, No. 53, 5/26850; 2011, No. 73, 5/34017):
1.1.1. state Item 10-1 in the following edition:
"10-1. Are a part of the system of Ministry of Transport:
the structural divisions of regional executive committees performing gosudarstvennovlastny powers in the field of transport and communications;
the state organizations subordinated to Ministry of Transport for the list approved by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus;
economic societies, shares (shares in authorized funds) of which belong to the Republic of Belarus and are transferred to the control Ministry of Transport, according to appendix to this Provision.";
1.1.2. to exclude Items 91-93, 96-98 from appendix to this Provision;
1.2. in the Charter of national association "Belarusian railroad" approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 10, 2009 No. 19 "About approval of the Charter of national association "Belarusian railroad", introduction of amendments to some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and recognition voided some orders of the Government of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 18, 5/29134; 2011, No. 36, 5/33517):
