In pursuance of paragraph two of article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 20, 2008 "About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About rail transport" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 344-Z
1. Approve the Charter of national association "Belarusian railroad" it (is applied).
2. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
2.1. in Item 2 of the Regulations on discipline of workers of the rail transport of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 29, 1993 No. 656 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2000, No. 37, 5/2954; 2004, No. 188, 5/15198), words of "The Belarusian railroad" shall be replaced with words "national association" the Belarusian railroad" (further - the Belarusian railroad)";
2.2. ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 10.06.2025 No. 323
2.3. in part two of Item 1 of the Charter of rail transport of the general use approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 2, 1999 No. 1196 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 1999, No. 67, 5/1506; 2007, No. 235, 5/25818), words "The Belarusian railroad, it" shall be replaced with words "national association" the Belarusian railroad" (further - the Belarusian railroad), it";
