About entering of amendments and changes into the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 10, 2009 No. 19

1. Bring in the Charter of national association "Belarusian railroad" approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 10, 2009 No. 19 "About approval of the Charter of national association "Belarusian railroad", introduction of amendments to some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and recognition voided some orders of the Government of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 18, 5/29134; 2011, No. 46, 5/33674; 2012, No. 40, 5/35491), following amendments and changes:

1.1. add Item 13 with subitem 13.18-2 of the following content:

"13.18-2. performs powers of railway administration;";

1.2. to exclude subitem 22.5 of Item 22;

1.3. state Item 29 in the following edition:

"29. The Belarusian railroad is considered the record liquidated from acceptance date by registering body of the decision on entering into the Single state register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs about its exception of this register.";

1.4. in appendix 1 to this Charter:

1.4.1. state Items 11 and 12 in the following edition:

"11. Republican forwarding unitary enterprise "BELINTERTRANS — the Transport and Logistic Center" of the Belarusian railroad.

12. Design and survey republican unitary enterprise "Belzheldorproyekt Institute.";

1.4.2. state Item 22 in the following edition:

"22. Operational republican unitary enterprise "Center of Mechanization of Travelling Works of the Belarusian Railroad".";

1.4.3. state Item 47 in the following edition:

"47. Agricultural republican unitary enterprise "Rachkovichi Sovkhoz of the Belarusian Railroad.";
