About entering of amendment and change into some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus
For the purpose of rational use of stabilization funds (inventories) of food products the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Make addition and change to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 24, 2008 No. 449 "About creation in the Republic of Belarus of stabilization funds (inventories) of the food products realized in the territory of the republic" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 79, 5/27399; 2010, 238, 5/32578) to add No. with part two of the following content:
"In case of decrease in sales of products of crop production and considerable exceeding of inventories of these products in comparison with planned in schedules of monthly use of amounts of stabilization inventories sales of products of crop production from stabilization funds (inventories) of food products out of limits of the Republic of Belarus is allowed.";
1.2. Item 3 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 24, 2011 No. 840 "About approval of amounts and nomenclatures of stabilization funds (inventories) of food products for the interseasonal period of 2011/2012" (2011, No. 74, 5/34039) to exclude the national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
