According to article 21 of the Law of Ukraine "About the central executive bodies", the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 2011 to No. 1382 "About formation of territorial authorities of the Public sanitary and epidemiologic service", Item 7 of the Regulations on the Public sanitary and epidemiologic service of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 06, 2011 No. 400, the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 25, 2011 No. 563 "About approval of the Standard regulations on territorial authorities of the ministry and other central executive body" the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 13, 2011 No. 467 I ORDER:

1. Approve Regulations on territorial authorities of the Public sanitary and epidemiologic service of Ukraine which are applied.

2. To management of public health (Grigorenko A. A.) submit this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the vice-chairman Gossanepidsluzhby of Ukraine Chernenko L. M.
