1. Approve criteria by which the risk degree from carrying out activities of the customs broker is estimated and frequency of holding planned actions of the state supervision (control), according to appendix is determined.
2. Provide to the State Customs Service gratuitously customs brokers who intend to perform declaration of goods and vehicles by submission of customs declarations and preliminary messages in the form of electronic documents, the strengthened certificates of open keys of the digital signature.

1. Criteria by which the risk degree from carrying out activities of the customs broker is estimated are:
