According to Items 9, No. 41 "About the government address public assistance" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: 10 and 19 Presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus of January 19, 2012

1. Approve:

The regulations on accounting treatment for the income and calculation of the average per capita income of family (citizen) for provision of the government address public assistance (are applied);

The regulations on procedure for rendering financial support on the drive to the needing pupils and students getting professional, secondary vocational and higher education in public institutions of education (are applied).

2. Recognize invalid resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix.

3. This resolution becomes effective since April 1, 2012.
