3. Declare invalid the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2010 No. 1923 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2010 No. 708" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 10, 5/33161).
4. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
