2. In structure of executive bodies of the government of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, the city of Dushanbe, cities and areas since April 1, 2012 to abolish Head department, Management and departments of work of social protection of the population and to create departments and the sector of work and social protection of the population.

3. Approve the number of established posts in connection with creation of departments and sectors of work and social protection of the population in structure of executive bodies of the government of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, Dushanbe, the cities and areas according to appendix 1.

4. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan and Management of public service in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan in accordance with the established procedure to develop and provide the draft of the relevant act on modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 3, 2011, to No. 115 "About provision and standard structure of the office of the chairman, local executive bodies of the government, self-government institutions of settlements and villages and limits of number of government employees of local executive bodies of the government".
