Being guided by Item 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of reduction of "Provision on Copyright agency of the Azerbaijan Republic", approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of August 30, 2005 No. 287, in compliance with the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About modification and amendments in the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About copyright and the related rights" of September 30, 2010 No. 1079-IIIQD and the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About legal protection of expressions of the Azerbaijani folklore" of May 17, 2011 No. 124-IVQD, I decide:

In the "Provision on Copyright agency of the Azerbaijan Republic" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of August 30, 2005 No. 287 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2005, No. 8, Article 719; 2008, No. 11, Article 970; 2009, No. 8, Article 630, No. 10, Article 789, No. 12, Article 983; 2011, No. 2, Article 85, No. 6, Article 496) to make the following changes:

1. in Items 1 and 8.30 after words of "expression of folklore" in the corresponding cases of noun, in Item 8.28 in both cases and Item 8.31 after words of "expression of folklore" in the corresponding cases of noun to add the word" (traditional examples of culture)".
