About measures for enhancement of activities of the State committee of the Azerbaijan Republic for standardization, metrology and the patent

(as amended of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of 31.10.2014 No. 319)

For the purpose of enhancement of activities of the State committee of the Azerbaijan Republic on standardization, metrology and the patent, being guided by Item 7 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, I decide:

1. Create the following public services under the State committee of the Azerbaijan Republic on standardization, metrology and the patent:

1.1. based on territorial administrations of the state control of the State committee of the Azerbaijan Republic on standardization, metrology and the patent Service of the state control on technical regulation and standardization under the State committee of the Azerbaijan Republic on standardization, metrology and the patent;

1.2. based on the National center of metrology under the State committee of the Azerbaijan Republic on standardization, metrology and the patent Public service of metrology under the State committee of the Azerbaijan Republic on standardization, metrology and the patent;

1.3. Public service of accreditation under the State committee of the Azerbaijan Republic on standardization, metrology and the patent.

2. Approve "Structure of the State committee of the Azerbaijan Republic on standardization, metrology and the patent".

3. Approve "Regulations on Service of the state control on technical regulation and standardization under the State committee of the Azerbaijan Republic on standardization, metrology and the patent".

4. Approve "Regulations on Public service of metrology under the State committee of the Azerbaijan Republic on standardization, metrology and the patent".

5. Approve "Regulations on Public service of accreditation under the State committee of the Azerbaijan Republic on standardization, metrology and the patent".
