About approval of the Procedure for indemnification to land users or users of other registered rights connected with the earth and the losses connected with conclusion of lands from turnover

According to Article 43 of the Land code of the Republic of Tajikistan and article 51 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1) to Approve the Procedure for indemnification to land users or users of other registered rights connected with the earth and the losses connected with conclusion of lands from turnover, standard rates of compensation of losses of selskokhozyastvenny production of the lands connected by withdrawal from agricultural turnover according to appendices 1 and 2.

2) to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan, the State committee on investments and management of state-owned property of the Republic of Tajikistan, the State committee on land management and geodesy of the Republic of Tajikistan annually at the time of approval of the report on availability of lands and their distribution on categories, grounds and land users for January 1 of the next year to make calculation of index of change of standard rates of compensation of losses of agricultural production and to submit to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan for approval.

To Declare 3) invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 30, 2000, No. 515 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for indemnification to land users and losses of agricultural production".
