According to the subitem 42 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of emergency situations of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 06.04.2011 No. 402, for the purpose of enhancement of normative legal support in the field of fire safety I ORDER:
1. Approve Fire safety regulations for objects up to 300 m-2, which are applied.
2. Chapter 1 of the Fire safety regulations in Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Ukraine of 19.10.2004 No. 126, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 04.11.2004 for No. 1410/10009 (with changes) to add with the new paragraph third such content:
"Action of these Rules is not applied to objects up to 300 m-2, except for those which according to the Procedure for distribution of subjects of managing on risk degree of their economic activity for safety of life and health of the population, the surrounding environment of rather fire safety approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 14.11.2007 No. 1324 (with changes), are carried to subjects of managing with high and average degrees of acceptable risk which list is posted on the official site of the State inspection of technogenic safety of Ukraine".
