1. Determine that:

2. Assign functions on issue of allowing certificates to sales right of alcoholic products to catering establishments on the special commissions under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and the city of Tashkent on issue of allowing certificates on the right of implementation of retail trade by alcoholic products.

3. Approve Regulations on procedure for issue of the allowing certificate on sales right of alcoholic products by catering establishments according to appendix.

4. To provide to the State Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan strict control of strict observance of requirements of this resolution by catering establishments and to take measures for accountability of persons which allowed violations in case of realization of alcoholic products.
