1. Bring in the order of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine of May 30, 2011 No. 213 "About approval of the regulations of expense recovery connected with complex of actions for storage, transportation and conversion of subjects to the state price regulation", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 23, 2011 for No. 762/19500, such changes:
1.1. Add Item 1 with the paragraph the eighth such content:
"for transportation (including handling works) sakharapeska (beet) which are subject to the state price regulation, in the amount of 320, 00 UAH for ton including VAT".
