According to the subitem 11 of item 4 of the Regulations on the State inspection of the nuclear regulation of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 06, 2011 No. 403, and Item 3 of the Actions plan on ensuring openness and availability of information connected with use of nuclear energy, and also increase in the level of culture of nuclear safety in nuclear power approved by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 03, 2011 No. 736-r and for the purpose of ensuring state regulation in the field of use of nuclear energy I ORDER:

1. Approve Requirements to management system by activities of the operating organization (operator) which are attached.

2. To department on safety issues of nuclear installations (Shevchenko I. A.) provide submission of this order in five-day time on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. Items 2.1 - 2.5 Chapters 2 of Requirements to carrying out modifications of the nuclear installations and evaluation procedure of their safety approved by the order of the State committee of nuclear regulation of Ukraine of January 10, 2005 No. 4, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 24, 2005 for No. 78/10358, to exclude.

With respect thereto Items 2. 2.7 to consider 6, respectively by Items 2. 1, 2.2.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To subjects of activities in the field of use of nuclear energy to bring the activities into accord with requirements of this order till 01.03.2013.
