1. Form Public service on fight against economic crimes under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic (financial police).

Public service on fight against economic crimes under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic (financial police) is the authorized body in the field of fight against economic crimes having the status of law enforcement agency of the executive authority which activities are directed to identification, the prevention, suppression, disclosure and investigation of economic types of crimes, official and corruption crimes by carrying out operational search activities, pre-judicial production on criminal cases and cases on offenses within the powers established by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. Approve:
- Regulations on Public service on fight against economic crimes under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic (financial police) according to appendix 1;
- the scheme of management of Public service on fight against economic crimes under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic (financial police) according to appendix 2;
