Questions of realization of state policy on control of the prices
1. Approve Regulations on the State inspectorate of Ukraine for control of the prices it (is applied).
2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to bring in three-months time the acts into accord with this Decree.
3. To submit to the Ministry of economic development and trade of Ukraine, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, the State inspectorate of Ukraine for control of the prices in two-month time in accordance with the established procedure proposals concerning entering into legal acts of changes in part of determination of the mechanism of control and supervision of observance central and local executive bodies, Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, subjects of managing of requirements of the legislation concerning forming, establishment and use of the prices (rates).
4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its publication.
