About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning provision of social services

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. Actually ceased to be valid since 01.01.2013 according to the Law of Ukraine of March 22, 2012 No. 4572-VI 

2. Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About the state social standards and the state social guarantees" (48, 409) to state sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2000 No. to the Art. in the following edition:

"Article 8. The state social standard rates in the field of provision of social services

The state social standard rates in the field of provision of social services are established for determination of the sizes of the state guarantees of social support of persons which are in difficult vital circumstances.

Are for this purpose determined:

the list, types and amounts of social services which are provided at the expense of the state and local budgets and insurance funds;

regulations and standard rates of provision of social services to persons which are in difficult vital circumstances;

indicators of quality of social services".

3. In the Law of Ukraine "About social services" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2003 No. 45, Art. 358; 2009 No. 38, Art. 535; 2011 No. 42, Art. 435; with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of September 20, 2011 No. 3739-VI):

1) in Article 1:

paragraphs two, the third and eleventh to state in the following edition:

"social services - complex of actions for assistance to persons, separate social groups which are in difficult vital circumstances and cannot independently overcome them, for the purpose of the solution of their vital problems;
