1. Reorganize the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining Kazaeroproyekt of Committee of civil aviation of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan by transformation to joint-stock company "Research and design and survey institute "Kazaeroproyekt" (further - society) with absolute participation of the state in the authorized capital.
2. Determine the main object of activity of society accomplishment of research and expert works in the field of civil aviation, design and exploration work in the field of construction of facilities of civil, state aviation and space industry.
3. To provide to committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) approval of the charter of society;
2) state registration of society in judicial authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) in a month after state registration of society, transfer of the state block of shares in ownership and use to the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
4) acceptance of other measures following from this resolution.
4. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
