Regulations on the state system of professional training, retraining and advanced training of specialists in physical protection, accounting and control of nuclear materials

1. The state system of professional training, retraining and advanced training of specialists in physical protection, accounting and control of nuclear materials (further - the state system) - complex of the actions directed to requirements satisfaction of the central executive bodies, National academy of Sciences, local public administrations, and also the operating organizations and other licensees in the field of use of nuclear energy (further - customers of educational services) in highly qualified specialists in physical protection, accounting and control of nuclear materials (further - specialists).

Tasks of the state system are:

professional training, retraining and advanced training of specialists within amounts of the state order and on contractual basis;

quality evaluation of educational activities of educational institutions of the state system on the basis of standards of the higher education, acceptance of adequate measures on its results.

2. Subjects of the state system are:
