Determine that for transportations of cement and crushed stone by railway transport public in the intra republican message for implementation by agricultural organizations of reconstruction and technical retrofitting of molochnotovarny farms the payment is levied on rates of the price list No. 10-01 for freight rail haulings in the intra republican message (Tariff management No. 1 of the Belarusian railroad) approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of January 8, 2002 No. 3 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2002, No. 17, 8/7704; 2009, No. 18, 8/20110) indexed according to the legislation using to them decreasing coefficient of 0,9.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication and is effective till January 1, 2013.
