2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 11, 2004 No. 306 "About approval of Rules of payment of money on content of child(children) transferred to foster tutors" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2004, No. 13, the Art. 167).
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of the first official publication.
