1. Approve:

The national program of transfusion safety and self-sufficiency of the country blood medicines for 2012-2016 according to appendix No. 1;

The action plan on implementation of the National program of transfusion safety and self-sufficiency of the country blood medicines for 2012-2016 according to appendix No. 2.

2. Recommend to local government boards of Chisinau and Belts, administration of the autonomous territorial entity Gagauzia (Gagauz Erie) and to regional councils:

develop and approve territorial programs of transfusion safety and self-sufficiency of the country by blood medicines for 2012-2016;

create the territorial commissions on transfusion safety and self-sufficiency of the country blood medicines.

3. Determine that financing of the National program of transfusion safety and the providing the country with medicines of blood for 2012-2016 will be performed for the account and within means of the national public budget, and also from fees of the international organizations, subsidies and grants.

4. To the Ministry of Health:

perform monitoring of this Resolution;

annually, till April 1 to inform the Government on the taken measures.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this Resolution on the Ministry of Health.
