Council of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

Bring in the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union and the Common customs tariff of the Customs union (appendix 1 to the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 18, 2011 No. 850) the following changes:

a) exclude from the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union of subsubline item according to appendix No. 1;

b) include in the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union of subsubline item according to appendix No. 2;

c) establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Customs union according to appendix No. 3;

d) include the additional note of the Customs union to group 15 of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union according to appendix No. 4;

e) in names of subsubline items 1511 10 900 2, 1511 90 190 2, of 1511 90 990 2 single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union of the word "in container capacity" shall be replaced with words "in container net - weight".
