About reduction of the contractual legal base of the Customs union and the Common economic space in compliance with the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union and the Common customs tariff of the Customs union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54

According to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council at the level of heads of states of November 18, 2011 No. 1, and the Agreement on functioning of the Customs union within multilateral trade system of May 19, 2011 Council of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Bring in separate decisions of the Commission of the Customs union of change according to appendix No. 1.

2. Recognize invalid decisions of the Commission of the Customs union and Council of the Eurasian economic commission on the list according to appendix No. 2.

3. Charge to Board of the Eurasian economic commission to prepare the draft decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council at the level of heads of states about modification of the List of sensitive goods on which the Commission of the Customs union makes the decision on change of rate of import customs duty consensus, No. 18 approved by the Decision of Interstate Council of Eurasian economic community (The Supreme body of the Customs union) at the level of heads of states of November 27, 2009 (in edition. The changes made to separate decisions of the Commission of the Customs union

1.
