About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning streamlining of the international motor transportations

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About road transport" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006 No. 32, Art. 273; 2009 No. 10-11, of Art. 137; 2011 No. 11, Art. 69; 2012 No. 5, Art. 34):

Article 1 to add 1) taking into account alphabetic procedure with terms of the following content:

"documents on load - the documents determined according to the Customs code of Ukraine, the laws of Ukraine "About transport-forwarding activities", "About transit of loads", other acts of the legislation, including international treaties of Ukraine which consent to be bound is provided by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, cargo haulings, necessary for implementation, by road transport";

"work experience - the term of activities of the subject of managing - automobile carrier which is estimated since the beginning of implementation of economic activity on provision of services on transportation of passengers and/or loads according to the law. In case of the termination automobile perevozchikayuridichesky person by reorganization (merge, accession, separation, transformation) experience of its work is gained by the newly created legal entity (newly created legal entities).
