The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the List of documents of allowing nature in the field of economic activity approved by the Law of Ukraine "About the List of documents of allowing nature in the field of economic activity" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011 No. 47, Art. 532; with the changes made by the laws of Ukraine of July 8, 2011 No. 3677-VI and of November 3, 2011 No. 3995-VI) the following changes:
1) in the column "Name of the Document of Allowing Nature":
20, of 21, of 36, of 37, of 52, 70 and 96 to state Items in the following edition:
"20. Permission or the certificate to import to Ukraine and export out of its limits of objects of flora
21. Permission or the certificate to import to Ukraine and export out of its limits of objects of fauna";
"36. Permission to special use of natural resources within the territories and objects of natural and reserved fund
37. Permission to production, storage, transportation, use, burial, destruction and utilization of toxic agents, including products of biotechnology and other biological agents";
"52. Permission to resettlement of animals to new places of stay, acclimatization of types of wild animals, new to fauna of Ukraine, and also on implementation of actions for crossing of wild animals";
"70. Permission to special water use";
"96. Approval of the petition of water users of reasons for the need for water for receipt of permission to special water use";
