1. Approve the Order of interaction of organizations of execution of punishments and subjects of social patronage during preparation for release of persons serving sentence in the form of restriction of freedom or imprisonment for certain term which is applied.

2. Recognize to invalid:

the order of State department of Ukraine concerning execution of punishments, the Ministries of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine of 04.03.2009 No. 38/86/89 "About approval of the Order of interaction of bodies and organizations of execution of punishments, territorial authorities of internal affairs, bodies of work and social protection of the population, jobcenters concerning provision to persons who can be exempted from serving sentence and served sentence, the help in labor and household arrangement, social adaptation", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 03.04.2009 for No. 303/16319;

the order of the Ministry of Ukraine for family, youth and sport, State department of Ukraine concerning execution of punishments of 28.09.2010 No. 3368/359 "About approval of the Order of interaction of the centers of social services for family, children and youth and organizations of execution of punishments concerning ensuring social servicing of children and youth which are exempted from organizations of execution of punishments", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 21.10.2010 for No. 962/18257;

the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, State department of Ukraine concerning execution of punishments, the Ministries of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine, the Ministry of Ukraine for family, youth and sport of 04.10.2010 No. 834/365/474/304/3466 "About approval of the Order of interaction of institutions of health care, organizations of execution of punishments and pre-trial detention centers, territorial authorities of internal affairs, bodies of work and social protection of the population, jobcenters, centers of social services for family, children and youth, concerning maintaining case of tuberculosis in case of release of TB patients from organizations of execution of punishments, pre-trial detention centers and continuation of treatment in specialized institutions of health care", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 11.11.2010 for No. 1088/18383.

3. At the scheduled time to submit to department of interaction with authorities of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine this order on state registration.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order within competence on deputy managers of the relevant central executive bodies according to distribution of obligations.
