1. Part one of Item 3 of the Regulations on payment procedure of realtor services approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 14, 2008 No. 386 "About some measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 28, 2008 No. 140" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 69, 5/27358; 2009, No. 174, 5/30198; 2011, No. 30, 5/33413) to state in the following edition:
"In case of payment of the realtor services rendered to the families included in separate lists of the large families needing improvement of housing conditions on extraordinary receipt of soft credits or one-time subsidies according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 6, 2012 in No. 13 "About some questions of provision to citizens of the state support for construction (reconstruction) or acquisition of premises" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 6, 1/13224), is applied discount to rates (rates) for realtor services, including for realtor services in assistance in case of the conclusion, execution, the termination of purchase and sale agreements of real estate objects approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus which approved this Provision in the amount of 50 percent.".
