These rules of maintaining the register of state-owned property (further - Rules) are developed according to item 4 of article 201 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 1, 2011 "About state-owned property" (further - the Law) and determine procedure for maintaining the register of state-owned property (further - the register).
2. Accounting of state-owned property in the register is intended for implementation of the registration and information purposes and has no the title or right certifying value.
3. Data of the register belong to the state.
4. In these rules the following concepts are used:
1) district authorized body - the executive body financed from the local budget, authorized on the order by district utility property;
2) the order - the action registered in the register and directed to change of data on objects of accounting;
