Being guided by Item 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, I decide:

1. Make the following changes to "The rule of maintaining the address register and provision of addresses approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of November 27, 2008 No. 27 to real estate units in the Azerbaijan Republic" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2008, No. 11, Article 981; 2010, No. 7, Article 610, No. 8, Article 720):

1.1. in Item 1.4 of the word "being inventory component" shall be replaced with words "coordinating with the inventory":

"The address register is constituted and kept for the purpose of providing users of addresses with the necessary information connected with addresses.";

1.2. in Item 2.1 after words of "objects of transport infrastructure" to add the word "(avenue, street and so forth)";

1.3. in the subitem the first Item 2.4 after the words "in case of change of its name" to add the word ("in this case, numbers of addresses do not change");

1.4. in subitem 3.7.1 after the word "name" to add the word "and the coded number";

1.5. in subitem 3.7.2 after the words "name (names)" to add the word "and the coded number (numbers)";

1.6. in subitem 3.7.4 the word "number" shall be replaced with words "number of the address";

1.7. add Item 3.7-1 of the following content:

"3.7-1. In case of change of names of administrative and territorial units or objects of transport infrastructure of number of addresses do not change. Numbers of addresses become attached to the reference points and digital cards registered in the address register.";
