About modification of some orders of the Government

The government DECIDES:

1. Item 1 of the Order of the Government No. 1001 of September 19, 2001. "About declaration of goods by economic agents of east regions of the Republic of Moldova" (2001, 1050), with subsequent changes, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to No. 116-118, of the Art. in the following edition:

"1. The procedure of declaring and customs clearance of the goods imported on customs area and exported from customs area of the country by economic agents - the producers from east regions of the Republic of Moldova registered in the State registration chamber is performed depending on the customs regime requested on the general principles without collection of import customs payments, except for charges for implementation of customs procedures provided that goods will remain in the territory which is not controlled by the constitutional bodies.

Charges for implementation of customs procedures are levied in the sizes established by the legislation.

The economic agents from east regions of the Republic of Moldova who are not registered in the State registration chamber when importing to customs area of the Republic of Moldova of the goods transported in their address do not pay import customs payments on imported goods provided that they will remain in the territory which is not controlled by the constitutional bodies and to be declared in the form established by Customs Service.".

2. In the Order of the Government No. 815 of August 2, 2005. "On regulation of traffic of the loads and services which are subject of foreign trade activity of Transnistria" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, No. 104-106, of the Art. 859), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes:

in the name of the word of "activities of Transnistria" shall be replaced with words "activities of economic agents of Transnistria";

in Item 5 of the word "and intended for own production process" to exclude;

in Item 6:
