About modification of the Procedure for development of the project documentation on construction of facilities

According to article 31 of the Law of Ukraine "On regulation of town-planning activities", for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for development of the project documentation on construction of facilities I ORDER:

1. Make changes to the Procedure for development of the project documentation on construction of facilities approved by the order of the Ministry of Regional Development of Ukraine of 16.05.2011 No. 45, registered 01.06.2011 for No. 651/19389, having been reworded as follows it which is applied Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

2. To department of normative legal regulation (Tatarintseva M. A.) together with Development department of construction activities, pricing and economy of construction () submit to P. I. Guben in accordance with the established procedure this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Isayenko D. V.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
