About introduction of amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine of 15.12.2005 No. 505
According to the Regulations on the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of May 31, 2011 No. 634 and for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for registration of information cards of registration of the external economic agreement (contract) and cards of registration accounting of the external economic agreement (contract) I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine of December 15, 2005 No. 505 "About order of registration (accounting) of the external economic contracts (contracts) for implementation of export transactions with scrap metal", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 10, 2006 for No. 5/11879 (with changes), such changes:
in Item 2 of the order of the word of "Ministry of Economics" shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Economic Development and Trade".
2. In the Instruction about procedure for filling of the information card of the registration of the external economic agreement (contract) approved by this order, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 10, 2006 for No. 5/11879:
